Sub:-Rudely behave, poor service and committing a fraud with me

I am Durgesh Kumar, I am using a Car Wagon-R (DL-5CF 2357) from your authorized Dealer and at the time of purchasing I install the Sony Stereo (CDXV4800), Serial No. 1599114 on 18.5.2008 from Your Authorized Dealer M/s Fair Deal Cars Pvt. Ltd, Jhilmil, Shahadra, Delhi-110095, having two years warranty, because your name is very known to all, and your service is very good & fast, very faithful to customer. But now I am facing some problem that regarding my stereo that is not working properly. It has a problem of not reading CD properly and taking lot of time of reading the CD. Because of that I had gone to your Authorized Dealer (M/s Fair Deal Cars Pvt. Ltd, Jhilmil, Shahadra, Delhi-110095) on 10.7.2009 for solution of problem. They are taken my stereo for servicing, and when I am talking about the time period they told to me that my stereo is sent to the Sony’s authorized Service Center for solution. They told to me that all the process of servicing had taken maximum 2 days but now already 4 days gone passed. Today I am going to your Authorized Dealer and trying to coordinate with Mr. R.P. Aggarwal, but he was not attended me properly, when I am asking about my stereo he is trying to ignore me for one and half hours, when I request him to know the status of my stereo after that he makes angry and then I argue with him he abused me and he trying to beat me with the staff members I feel embarrassing. After sometime he gave me stereo and taken my signature on the receipt and when his Dealer’s Mechanic comes to install stereo in my car then I match both warranty card and stereo’s serial number I am socked to know that both have different serial number its mean he give me another stereo that is not mine. So I totally refused to take another stereo instead of my stereo, why I am taking another stereo. May be my stereo is misplaced by the M/s Fair deal cars Pvt. ltd. This is my bad experience of whole life and I am thinking what mistake I have done by purchasing your product. Now I am suffering from poor your service and also I am a victim of a fraud committed by your Dealer’s employees. It is your service how disgusting it is. Now I am lost the faith in your company.

Now I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible. If you are not taking this on priority basis I bound to make another decision to save my self-respect and stereo, which is broken by your authorized dealer’s employees.

In this regard I am talking on the Maruti Customer Care and they give me a Complaint No. 7280024291 dated 14.7.2009 for my problem but they don’t give me any solution or information regarding my problem then I call again on Maruti Customer Care and they give me another complaint No. 1895004038 dated 21.7.2009 but my problem is still pending, then I call at Maruti’s Regional Office in Delhi and they Promise me that they give me a solution in only one Hour but now almost 26 Hours passed but I have not received any information regarding my problem, then I again call on customer care and they gives me another complaint no. 6001398501 dated 22.7.2009. I thing they are seating only for taking complaint and giving complaint No. to their customer but they are not interested to give any answer or solution to their customer for their problem. What type of service they give to their customer.
