I had got maruti cash less insurance from the maruti dealer ms CM auto sales (P) ltd, Ropar (Punjab) for my car (ALTO LX, model vehicle No. PB 16 A 4107) on dated 25.04.2009 for an premium amounting to Rs.1933 /- .I had met with an accident in Oct. 2009 and visited the dealer showroom (branc) at Nangal for repair of my Car. I astonished to know from the dealer executive that I have to pay the amount for repair of my vehicle whenever its maruti cashless insurance. They said that we end tie up with the insurance company (The New India Assurance Company Limited) so you have to pay Rs. 15000/- before getting the delivery of your vehicle. I had Paid Rs.15000/- to get my car from the dealer. If they have ended the relations business with that company than what is the fault of the customers? It is fraud lootwith the customers, mileadinging the customers to take cashless insurance from the maruti company on higher premium. Its totally mental agony, harassment, wastage of time and money for the customers
