Sir/Madame, This is to inform you that even after paying a valuable amount of 4 lakhs for my newly Wagon R MH-12-ET-3862.purchased from millinium mobillity (pune) on 7th May. I have provided a rusted piece. After having discussions with MSIL (RO) West1parts like AC compressor, brake discs, engine mounting and both sides drive shaft.were replaced due to rusting. During the course of time my rear bumper was also damaged by the said dealer. Even on requesting them to replace by a factory fitted new bumper the company strictly denied and painted the same from mumbai dealer, now the rear bumper is having a heavy patch at its centre. I want to reaplace the complete new rear bumper by a factory fitted new rear bumper.
As MSIL has given me heavy mental torture I am not able to resist any more. I hereby request you to solve my problem at earliest
