Sir/Madam,
I purchased a vehicle Maruti – 800 (Uniq – Pearl Silver Colour on 14th February from ‘Sai Service Station Ltd.’ Phugewadi, Pune 411 012. As per the service manual said vehicle was handed over for servicing to Sai Service Station Ltd. Phugewadi, Pune 411 012 on 17th March.
During the course of service the servicing agency neglected in rendering proper service and due to which a ‘Scratch’ was appeared on the ‘Right Side Rear Door’ near the handle. This fact was brought to the notice of concerned authorities of the Service Station but unfortunately the Service Station failed to take any cognizance of said neglected act.
To rectify the mistakes and negligent service I was compelled to make a number of correspondence and persistent follow up for last 6 months, but the service station did not paid any attention to the complaint.
Till now I have send three times letters to :

My brand new car was damaged and now i have to carry the same with the mark which was caused due the mischief of SAI Service Station - Phugewadi, Pune.
Please provide me suitable relief in the matter.
