Delay in delivery of Estilo VXI-ABS

I booked Estilo VXI-ABS with One UP MOTORS India Pvt Ltd Lucknow on 25 sept. At the time of booking I was told that car will be delivered after Diwali latest by 25 Oct I have made full payment to the dealer. But car is not delivered to me till today. Now dealer is pressurising me to accept the delivery of another variant of car of his choice.
