We have received possession of our house 3 years back. Please let me know it is whose responsibility to register the Housing society? Builders or Flat owners???
Can we file against the builder legal case for not registering the society??
How many minimum members are reqd to register the society??
If few members are not joining us and pauing money for registration, do the other members have to bear their charges??
