Bad Quality of Service and Even Denial of service in most of the times

I own a Maruti Suzuki SX4 having the registration number KA 17 M7372, my hometown is a place called Davanagere in Karnataka. Whenever i visit the Maruti Service Station here I fell like i am in a service station which does not belongs to Maruti Suzuki Ltd. The quality of service provided is not satisfactory and also the staff many times deny to service the car, quoting the reason that already many vehicles are in a queue for getting serviced. The Verdict is that once you buy a car from Maruti Suzuki there is nothing called as Customer Care its something called Customer you take care. If you mention something in particular say about engine oil change, they will not do it and once i got billed for engine oil change and upon seeing it, I asked them to show the engine oil can and then the service person went inside and brought a can and i am sure that the can was lying in the store for ages. This is the fate of most of the Service stations of Maruti Suzuki.
