Sir,
I am Sanjeev Bhatnagar, bought a Maruti Wagon R car from your dealer Ajmer Auto Agency Pvt. Ltd. at Ajmer (Rajasthan, India). On 19.05.2008’s night I received VAT invoice and other documents from your dealer, after consult the VAT invoice and other documents I found several doubts which I reported to your above mentioned dealer on very next day i.e. 20.05.2008. (Copy attaches). But still today I have not received any reply from your dealer. Most probably on 23.05.2008 at near about 14:15 a call from your Jaipur located regional office (0141 5115014) was came on my mobile (9461477700), it was called by your executive Mr. Hari Singh ji Nathawat. He asked only about exchange scheme discount on my buy but I did clear to him that I never ever have any car before this new car then he told me to send delivery challan copy (copy attached) through mail to him on his email address [email protected]. No information received about action took by regional office.
Beyond all above facts I found that the cost of the car was differ in various documents i.e. in VAT invoice it is Rs. 337037.50, in delivery challan it is Rs. 350263.00 and in registration document it is Rs. 349000.00. How it is possible?
For the above mentioned details I request you if you feel that some malpractices are in the case, please investigate this case by a team of experts.
It is my humble requests if dealer should have charged only cost of car as per car cost in VAT invoice then please return the difference amount of cost of car shows in delivery challan (which I paid) and VAT invoice (Attached) and also provide other promotional schemes which were committed by dealer under promotional schemes.
