I am sanjeev kumar bansal from tohana. i am using a landline phone of
BSNL and its no. is 01692-232421. i have became the victim of this
lazy system sir. i am using this no. from past few year but can you
imagine that i have never received any bill detail at my destination. every
time when i have to pay the bill, i have to go to exchange, take the
duplicate bill, pay the penaly (lots of time) and then pay the bill. it was
always a long process. i have also lodge the complaint against that
but there has no action been taken. i also have lodge written complaint
but nothing changed, i am also having the acknowledgement of that
complaint. not only this, actually even no one in exchange tried to solve
the problem. they says " it is the system, what can we do" .specially mr.
SDO screwed me a lot. you are my
last hope now otherwise i have to take some legal action against them or close my
phone conection.
