Poor Service of Maruti

Dear Sir,

My car No. RJ19 IC 8784 Maruti wagon-R (RED) is stay at your service station at new power house road purchase on 10/05/08 from JMJ Service station. it was booked for ii service on 10/05 in good condition to mr. Lochan your serivce supervisior at the time ot delivery i found very much noise in excell. mr. lochan tell me for replace the excell but he is not found the excell in his stock and advise me for wait whenever he not received the excell your car is stay at your service station.

you are requested to clear the matter and replace the excell as soon as possible becase i require the care very much.
