Revers Gear Problem not resolved since last 2 Month

I had logged a complain to Maruti Dealer (Kataria Ahmedabad) on March 7 for revers gear and gear slippgae problem. I also spoke to Maruti Ahmedabad office Manager on March 17. he promised to replace the gear shaft and necessary mechanism within 10 days.

Tiil date no action has been taken. No one is serious which resultantly tarnish the image of company.

I will wait for 7 days and then will take necessary action.
