Authorised service centre of maruti (supposedly as is written on the big banners in dwarka new delhi 45) by the name of MOTOR ART repaired my car and without informing me before the repair that this was a cash less transaction (as all the repair was covered in insurance) made me pay for all the expenses on the assurance that i will get the cheque after 07 days.
After my infinte reminders when nothing happened even after two months and after my hue and cry they paid me a cheque of Rs.7000/=.
Today the chque has got bounced and the service station people are least bothered forcing me to take MARUTI and its so nice AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION to legal proccedings.
My all legal expences shall be bared by MARUTI or its service station if I am not paid withen the notice period of the bounced cheque.
