Hii dont join matrix business services who is doing background verification for other employee. they pay less salary and gain more more work from us and team leader scold u badly and take revenge on u if u dont take her words. becoz of her many ppl have absconded even i. just bcoz of the asst manager that company spoils no employee can work there till asst manager stays in the company. and no good management, infrastructure.if they scold badly also we should take it if we talk against them they ll give more work double the work, if she talks bad also we should not talk against her.and there is a manager who will not take his own decision he always take only asst manager decison. i m again saying only wen asst manager goes out this company will be good and evn Md is not taking any action against it
