Recently I went to Ambience Mall Gurgaon (India) & Bought one set of Colour changing car this was on 3rd Oct from M/s Big Bazaar.
The company claims that this toy changes colour when dipped in warm water & again changes the colour to original if you dip the same in cold water.
My son has been desperately trying since 3rd Oct but there is no change of colour.
I have been trying to contact the customer care cell of Mettal India at Mumbai No- 022-66613800,
but every time the call is transferred to an answering machine.
My childs sentiments are hurt & I am quite serious about it. It is a straight forward case of Breach Of Trust which my child had on Mattel Toys.
