With due respect I want this to put into your notice that I much I had suffers with M/s Stan Wheels Pvt. Ltd. Just because of their irresponsible unmannered staff so called show room manager Mr. Ajay Sharma at M/s Stan Wheels Pvt. Ltd, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana.
I’ve got booked my favorite car Swift Dzire Vdi from M/s Stan Wheels Pvt. Ltd. On 03-06-08 Golden Beige color. Some how after a couple of days I visit again and request them to change to color to while, but in September one day when I called up at reception on the showroom to enquire about the delivery of the car. Lady who was sitting on the reception counter answered me dat sir let me confirm it from my officers and after that I’ll ring u up then later on around 12.30 in noon I got a call from Mr. Ajay Sharma’s cell phone he said ur car is ready to deliver so pls come and collect ur car and he also asked me about the mode of payment payment. I said rupees one lakh I’ve already deposited with and five lakhs I’ll go for the finance and finance formalities has already been done and my loan has already been sanctioned, so you answer me when should I come to pick my car nad make sure give me one time as I’ve to come from village ramgarh, chandigarh road, ludhiana which is some what around 25-27 kms from ur showroom he say ur car is ready for the delivery so pls come and take ur car.
Around 1.30 – 2.00 pm I reached over there with the person who done my loan formalities with ICICI bank. But after reaching over there Mr. Ajay Sharma denied to hand over the car coz he said ur car has yet to come and I was un-awaired about the status of ur car. I feel so ashamed with the services of Mr. Ajay Sharma because Mr. Bhupesh Bansal dat guy from Bank side was also with me and he came just on my request and mr. Ajay Sharma did so with us.
Then later on mr. Ajay Sharma said pls arrange for my money and then after I’ll handle the possession of car. Here I wud like to introduce my self well the car booked in name of my father Sh. Tilak Raj Saini and Sh. Tilak Raj saini is and old customer of Maruti before dat he already buy 2 cars of maruti. Anyways we some how asked mr. Bhupesh bansal to transfer the money in account of M/s Stan wheels pvt ltd., but we were so surprised to know dat after receiving the money in their account mr. Ajay Sharma again denied to deliver the car. (Kabhi kehte abhi aapki car ayi nahi hai – kabhi kehti abhi appki payment ayi nahi hai). Then mr. Bhupesh bansal got to manage to D/F (Dealer Funding) slip from the bank and we both went to showroom again when we show the D/F slip the Mr. Ajay Sharma then he starts misbehaving with us and literally insult us dat we do not know wat is this slip show us the money.
Now I’ll tell you why mr. Ajay Sharma did so with us b’coz I’ve investigate the things on my end. On the same date two cars have been delieverd one golden beige color and second one silky silver color golden beige color was booked on the name of my father but silky silver was on the other customer I don’t know his name. But those person who got booked silky silver color was interested in golden beige color and mr. Ajay Sharma was demanding Rs. 25000/- from them for changing the color and he also said them mr. Tilak raj saini is demanding such money for exchanging the color with urs. This shocked me too much. Even after the all this bullshit no one explain us about the features of the car, no test drive, even I got my invoice after 4 days from the date of delivery and they charge us rs. 1200/- for mats and body cover of the car. And they pressurize us to take the insurance of the car from their only. He story is yet to explain but I’ve very much short of time so cant write you more write now
I write you this just to put it into your kind notice how ur dealers deal the customers and after dat they don’t feel shame on their act.
