Dear Sir,

I am the Policy holder of Max. new York Life Insurance company.

policy No-606316180

Policy Start date- 15 Jan 08

Annual Target Premium-Rs.10000

Statement Period-15 Jan 08 to 31 Aug 09.

Monthy Administrative charges are too much higher. For the 18 months till now 9411.71 Rs.(monthly average 470.58 Rs) has been deducted.

I want to know that the above charge deduction is justified under the rule of policy of government of India.
