I purchesed a policy No.390706927 from MNYL in March. I got my policy bond after one month (15th April) for that i had to call them several times but they didnot take me seriously.
I have given application for freelook on 21st april the customer care executive of MNYL told me that i will receive my money back in 15 days.
But when i call them again after 15 days the customer care executive didnt give me the positive response.
Now i am seriously fed up of calling everyday for this issue.
So i have to go to CONSUMER COURT for justice.
