sir i had purchased my sony w580i in maxtel yelankha new town while selling those guys told that if u get any problem u can get the handset here only but when i went to another branch of maxtel in mathikere they refused to take the handset for service. again i went to new town branch they took for service and my mobile problem is retcified.
why didnt they take the handset in mathikere showroom
