Passport not received

Dear Sir,

I, Chetan Kharey, holder of passport no. F2057334, applied for additional booklet for my passport and submitted my passport on February 9 at Regional Passport Office Hyderabad. I was ensured that the passport will be despatched by 20 th February to my residential address, but so far there is no information and I have not received my passport. I, therefore, request yourself to look into the matter and help me in getting my passport at the earliest.
