Credit Card Mis Use

I ordered a parcel and made a transaction worth 400 and they dint accepted my credit card saying it was not accepted and finally paid the cash.

But when i saw my monthly ICICI billing statements, the transaction was accepted.

Please look into these and reply the as soon as possible
