Mcd not give us property in plzace of our huts

Sir before 3 years back our huts in Nagla Manchi near Pragti Maitan was broken. Some person who is older get place in ghebra. But other who also older not get place and MCD say they are P98 .MCD promise the right person get the land but nobody geting the property. We are poor and nobody want to arrange this problem. When we go office they say ur file is panding work in progress.
