Non receipt of statement of loan account

I have taken a loan from your bank and since the time of the loan, I have not yet received the statement of loan account with your bank.

All the other banks are kind enough to provide the statement of loan account with their bank, stating the loan amount taken, emi, interest amount and number of instalments and when the loan will get over.

Till date no information has been provided by the bank.

It becomes very easy for us to keep a track of our financial outflow once such a type of statement is provided by each bank which provides funds to its customers.

It is most unprofessional on the part of India Bulls, who only know to promptly debit the emi from our account regularly, however no statement of account showing the amount received by the bank till date and balance outstanding.
