I am not at all satisfied with Medi Assist Service

Hi,

My name is Abhijeet Patil. I had applied for mediclaim under my corporate mediclaim insurance policy (GE (Energy), Mumbai) Dated on 24/07 .

Now its been more than 3 months. Still the Medi Assist people have not processed claim. Also its been more then a month I am trying to keep follow up for my claim. But they are provding some silly reasons which are not at all convincing.

I am literally fed up of the service that is been provided. When ever I call them, I am given false commitment. And alway a promise of call back. Which they havent done even once. I am loosing my paitience. So finally I thought of launching a complaint. Till date i have lost hundred of Rs. in calling them.
