My: Policy No.111200/34/07/11/00011943 & ID No. BN1120967
I would like to inform you that my daughter was admitted on 15th Januaryat about 10 P.M. at Manas Nursing Home, Ulhasnagar - 4 as abdominal pain.(All the case paper is submited in your Mumbai Office) The consulting doctor advise to go for Blood check up and sonography. You may be aware in the night no pathology is functioning. The next day i.e. 16th January there was an unexpected strike called on Medicos society and the strike was called off at about 6 P.M. Thereafter patient had been directed to take Sonography at Ulhasnagar -3 and her report received at about 9 P.M. Afterwards, the consulting doctor examined the report and given priscription for medicines. She got discharge at about 10.30 A.M on 17th January.
In the sonography report, there is clearly mentioned her both the overies are larger and advsed medicines. We have stayed only 2 night and one day in the hospital. I am a policy holder since 2000 From the records you will find how many times we have given claims. When I was visited your Mumbai Office, your Ms. Priya Kode told me that doctor should have given IV and some kind of injection. That is the rite of doctor nobody can advise the doctor. Doctor knows everything and she want pathological report to investigate further. However, doctor advised a medicine on 15th itself and she consuming it still now. You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter arrange to settle my claim on the ground of humanity.
Thanks and regards
