Similar to the other 2 complaints, my office to received a VPP parcel which fortunately was not accepted by my partner as he was able to contact me and confirm. This is a serious case of fraud of "selling" books when completely uncalled for. I am wondering why no action has yet been taken on this company. Such marketing practices by Indian companies drives the confidence of global partners out of the Indians; which is a shame. I think this company should be taken to task under "Unfair Trade Practices" of the MRTP ACT, 1969
