No reply from 011 41412150, 09999005566, 09999199993, List of Service Centres not available
Melbon mobiles on sale in India is defrauding the customer by a false warranty, who do not have any service centre to make good their under warranty assurance. Nor do they reply a call. There is no list of service centres. It is marketed by Parneet Electronics Pvt Ltd A-24/2A, Phase-1, Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi-110028
Melbon mobile model MB 888 was purchased on 12-11 from Guru Kripa Mobile Phones vide receipt no 5154 under a warranty for one year against manufacturing defectsand faults during the period. It was delivered to Melbon fanchise Service CenterM/S Vishal Communication Englishiyaline Varanasi UP on 9-02-09 against out going voice complaint. The set was returned without any warranty service. Mr. Vishal Dubey at Vishal Communication Varanasi gave it in writting that MELBON is a fake company and the defect is not repairable.
AS such the customer is defrauded by MELBON and its franchise for a sum of RS 6000. Could you please tell me as where to contact for under warranty repairing and servicing?
