I have received a message from Aircel saying my Last call cost : 10, 000.00 and my avaialble balace is 0.00. Before that i had a balance of more than 100Rs. After that message i lost all my balance. Next day i top up my mobile for 100Rs. I logged a complaint with Aircel but their incappable customer care trying to cheat me that they cant refund any amount back. Not only this problem i am facing with Aircel. They themself activated my Dialer tunes and now they are asking to renew it. I sent message to Toll free no to unsubscribe it. But i lost 3 rupees :-))). Everyday i get more than 15 junk dialer tune calls. I am afraid to send mesage to unsubscribe this.
I request all of the readers dont take Aircel connection. Dont get pain later.
