Dear sir,
This is to inform u that I have already sent u three PF forms but till date I m not getting any response from the company METHODEX COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY LTD. NEW DELHI.
First PF form I had submitted on 30-06 to the head office and he said that u will get ur PF amount within 3 months, but after 6 months he said that PF form was lost by mistake and now u have to send me the new PF form.
Second PF form: sir, after this I had send a new PF form to HO on 03-03 and I got the receiving of that form by Wazirpur Industrial Area PF office on 19-04. But after 4 months he gave me the information that ur form has been burnt in the PF office and now u have to send me again the new PF form.
Third PF form: sir, now I had send a new PF form to HO on 20-10 but after 1 months a letter send by u that "ur company had not submitte the return of ur acount that is why we r unable to sattle ur pf amount." now the return has been submitted by the company on 15-02 but till date i m not getting any information.
Now sir, this is my request to u and all account officer that please settle my PF account as soon as possible and it will be very kindful to u because last 1 years I m very much worried about my PF.
