Dear Sir,

I Raginiben S. Patel living at above mentioned address. I had deposited 10, 000/- Rs. in fixed deposit scheme at State Bank of India, Sisva-5720 Branch on 11th June’ 2001 for the period of 90 months. The hand written F.D. receipt no. SD/A57 566028 was issued.

On the maturity date 11th Dec’ when I visited the branch, answer was given that they are not able to found the said record. I don’t know why the bank’s responsible staff is not able to find the record, whether it was not recorded in the Bank’s ledger at the time of issue or ledger is misplaced, it was not clear.

I visited thrice the branch, but I returned helplessly since they need more time to find the documents. As a customer, I am not happy with the services of such a reputed Bank.
