Fraud against not giving payment

In 2010 we took the sponsorship from Skyline honda Jalgaon for Ipl Match which was suppose to be shown live in our cinema hall

for that we took Rs 40, 000/- sponsorship. For which company accepted that...

Till now date i have just received Rs.25, 000/- only that some months back.

now we are trying to get in touch with Mr. Manish Dhoot who takes care for all the things in Dhoot motors which we were told abt that but he doesnt responds us neither talk to us nor their people transfer the phone, nor they give his any contact number...

so now in that case what should we do and to whom should we contact...
