Deluxe/Express buses not stopping in bus stop

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of K K Nagar, Chennai for the past 25 years. I would Like to submit that the newly introduced Deluxe/Express Buses in Route Nos. 11G and 12G are not stopping at PADMA SESHADRI SCHOOL BUS STOP in K K NAGAR CHENNAI. When we request the drivers andconductors to stop, they reply very rudely and arrogantly stating that there is no bus stop there. As far as i know and i am commuting through public transport for the past 25 years there is a bus stop for route nos.11G and 12G and earlier when the route no.11G was LSS Service, there was a nominated bus stopt at PADMA SESHADRI SCHOOL. I request the MTC Authorities to look in to the matter and duly instruct the Drivers and Conductors to stop at the PADMA SESHADRI SCHOOL stop as it would be helpful for hundreds of students and old and elderly people and office goers.
