Not found netbanking password

Dear sir,

i m account holder of PNB last 7 years.sir i have completed 4 month apply for netbanking but till now i have not received my user name and password .so sir i m very trouble not satisfied with PNB because i live in noida but my account in my home town bareilly (u.p).so i have taken 4 live for this purpose but my purpose was not solved.your staff nature is not also good

plz issue my netbanking user name and password earlist. Regards
