Egestred letter not received

Registered letter not yet received:-

my sister had sent a registered letter to my place (Gurgaon-122001) on 30th august, form the village-Takulty Post Office-suray, Distric -Almora pin code-263601 State -Uttrakhand. But the letter does not seem to have arrived there.

I also visited the many Post Office in Gurgaon whether my letter has come or not, but my letter not yet arrive in Gurgaon post office please help me.
