SMS not reaching to client

Dear sir,

Messages are not reaching to client Mrs. Jyoti Waghmare mobile no. 00919323331666 from 4th Oct to 11 Oct. Last SMS & call was made on 11.10.08 from Muscat no. 00968-95297364 at 11.30.03 am.

My messages sent to her is reaching some other country 972 on 4th Oct. at 1.30 pm. Then I got a call from Israel saying all my messages are reaching to her.

Mrs. Jyoti is our business client and working for Tikki Bitumen Firm.

Can you please help in finding out why this problem is happening and how it is happening?
