Sub. Airtel Landline and broadband connection not providing the facilities as we need.
Dear Sirs / Madams,
I want to draw you kind attention that we applied for telephone and broadband service with Airtel at 271-272, Aggarwal Plaza - II, Prashant Vihar Sector - 14, Rohini, Delhi - 110082
At the time of booking Mr. Randhir Kumar Yadav [Sr. Officer] Ph. no. 9871592485, 47072090 came to me and booked the line.
We asked him ph. no. as we need and intercom connection with airtel to airtel. He agreed to provide these facilites and booked the connection but at the time of connection he provided phone no as he want and did not give us the facility of intercom airtel to airtel in Wazirpur Area where we have already 6 connection.
He also used some wrong language on phone like " jo karna hai kar le, main tuze dekh lunga, tere jaise bahoot aate hai, main to intercom chalu nahi karunga, jo karna hai kar liyo, main officer hoon koi helper nahi hoon".
I already complaint against him but no action taken against him. Complaint no. is 36350700
Please disconnect the phone line and broad band connection of aforesaid address but now I do not want this connection because you are not providing the facilities / services as customer needed. You did not know how to satisfied a customer.
Please take a necessary action against him otherwise I will complaint against Airtel department alongwith Mr. Randhir Kumar Yadav in the consumer court.
