Company has not educated the service techician to give satisfactory reasons for non functioning of the Microoven

Service technician told that due to temp in the Environment touch Pad is damaged. My place is in Chennai in India. If the microoven is not working in Chennai Temp, then it cannot work anywhere.

The touch pad is not replaced even after about a week. This is another problem with the Samsung. If it cannot be done in Chennai City, wherewlse it will be done.

Service techician has not given service report when I told him that I am likely to write my comments on it.
