Annual charges taken for my closed DMAT account

Dmat account IN300206 :

I had asked you to closed my DMAT account no. IN300206 on 7th Oct07, but in Jano8 the annual charges were dedeucted through ECS amounting to Rs. 370.05 .

when asked they do not reply to my mail..

Pl. help. They are not clsing my Dmat account neither reversing the charges!!
