For staff incorporation

Sir i am a regular customer and cc account holder in your moga branch code-1111 my complaint is obout incorporation done by staff while contacting them on phone. whether there is no one for attending the phone if phone was attended then it not transfored to the department which we requried. this is our humble request & we hope that some sudden action will be taken against the staff.
