Dear Sir,
I am from Delhi and my relative sent a courier from Mumbai to me through Midway Express Courier Service. Firstly it was supposed to reach within 3-4 days, but its almost 3 weeks and the courier is not with me. After repeatedly calling them, everytime they made excuses like "the person staying at home refused to take the courier", whereas the courier never reached even to the gates of my apartments. I am the only person staying in the house and if I am at office, there is noone at home to refuse the courier.. Without informing me or the sender of the courier, they sent the courier back to Mumbai and now whenever we call them, either they do not pick up the phone or they misbehave with us, challenging the customer's patience. So, I request you to pls look into this matter, as its not the single courier that is important but proper response from them, proper communication from them and the value of our money is concerned. Your help would prevent any other customer of the company to experience this.
