In reference to my early Complaint ticket number C000010510 dated 20-aug it is to inform you that there is no improvement in service of Miland Gas agency kesho pur vilage new delhi-11018. i have have asked for refil on 20-sep but nither they supplied the refill nor giving any responce. this routine is being followed by the agency for a long period. i hope that bpcl authorities will consider the customer problem and will take appropriate action.
