Milan Marriage centre also known as MMC is a registered centre that claimed that it provided complete solutions for all your Own's marriage. I wanted to get professional help for the matrimonial alliance of my son. I approached MMC and I met Ms Jayanti Jha who assured me that she has a comprehensive database of prospective brides in our caste and sex. On payment of their fees she would be providing the contact, name and addres of all such clients. On such assurance I went ahead and paid her a fees of Rs. 2500 for her services. I was given a receipt for the same. Post the payment of the fees we tried approaching Ms. Jayanti Jha on numerous occasions but she refused to talk to me and denied any help in this regard.
I was cheated out of my money and precious time. Because of the false claims, I relied heavily on MMC for my son's marriage. I spent more than 6 months following up with MMC with a hope that they will keep up to their promise. I could have channeled that time, effort and money in some other honest source.
MMC has really shaken my confidence in such registered organisations. I demand that MMC pay back my money. I also expect that some kind of public notice be put so that more innocent people like me do not fall into their trap.
