Dear Sir,

I had purchased a pair of ‘MILANO’ sandal from your showroom in Yamunanagar sometime in the month of October. Being winter there after, I worn this pair now only for 10 minutes and found that entire skin of sole of the pair has broken into pieces and on examining with press between two fingers it turned like sandish. The inner material of the sole has also cracked appearing like porous/sandwich bread. Such a poor quality of the pair has made me astonished like nothing.

You are requested to get the pair checked and replacement of the pair be provided immediately to recuperate and gain the lost faith that I had been keeping in my mind from decades.
