Subject: Provide Piped Gas Service/ Supply Receipts
Dear Secretary/ Chairman,
Since March the MTSFL has discontinued the services of Sriram Gas Agency and started providing the same services to the residents of Millennium Tower B Type CHS including me. The Federation had then collected amount of Rs. 500/- as refundable deposit to facilitate the services which was abruptly threatened to be stopped by Sriram Gas Agency. It is over 2.5 years since the receipt for the same has not been issued. The Federation has not informed me till when such time this Rs. 500/- would be utilized and refunded. The Federation is requested to provide receipts for the same at the earliest.
Since March till date, no receipts are being provided by the Federation for the amount that is collected for monthly gas consumption. I personally do not approve of the Federation resorting to means such as non issuance of bills for services rendered as a professional agency with charges and levies levied more then the market, self had been continuously requesting the receipts of gas charges which had been declined so far by the federation and now I would hereby like to give the federation a final reminder about issuing me the bills for the services rendred by them as gas agency,
I would also like to make sure that they provide me with all correct information about the sales tax, vat etc details on my bills
I am paying my outstanding dues of Rs. 15323/- vide cheque no.893520 drawn on Dena bank sin branch, dated 19
I also request the managing of the Federation to consider and provide me bills since March till date. If the same request is not met in next 5 days, I would be forced to take up this issue with the competent authorities.
