Unble to track the speed post

My sister had sent some documents through the Karnataka nursing council to Canada. But we got the information that the documents has not reached there. We got the tracking number of the speed post from the nursing council. It is EK307397531IN sent on 04/06. But I am not able to track the same through website. Now how can we know that whether it is delivered or not...
