Non receipt of disability element

Sir,

About six months elapsed, my disability element wef 01 Jan 08 not yet released by SBI, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-6 to credit the same into my account No 30247073441 SBI, Rajender Nagar, Ghaziabad. My PPO No is DE/012461 which was sent to SBI, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-06 on 15 Sep 09 by my bankers.

Please instruct the bank to release my disability element at the earliest.
