Non availability of additional gas cylinder (DBC's)

Dear Sir,

It is to notify that after trying for a long time to get an additional LPG cylinder (DBC’s) of Bharat Gas, the process seemed to be futile. The Distributor says that the Bharat Gas Company has stopped the service of DBC’s allotment to the consumers. Is the service of non availability as a policy of the Government. Kindly give your suggestions and steps that can be taken for availing the service as a Right of being the Citizen of India.
