Needs some serious and immediate action on such executives from Agencies

This is Siddhi Patil holding Miracle card no. - 4443410097644007. I have done settlement of my account. Sharda Enterprises, Ghatkpar has done settlement of this credit card. But I was agreed for settlement because of their mental harassment. Executive from Sharda Enterprises Rashmi Patel used to call me at my office place. If I say I will not able to pay this amount in one short she keeps calling me for payment. After settlement in two strokes she was forcing me make payment in 20000 and 20000 at the same time i told her that it is not possible for me in March I will pay 10000 in March and 30000 in April. But she was not agreed for that. She is behind me like anything. Yesterday i.e. on 31st March 09 again she called me up for same and when I declined to make payment she started using bad words. I am mentioning full conversation below. Please go through it and please reply me ASAP that in which rule it fits.
Conversation: "tu payment kab kar arhi hai? tere pas paisa nahi tha to bank ka paisa khaya kyu? aa bhikari sali, harami paisa istemal karte waqt sharam nahi ayi kya? bank ka paisa khati hai harami. woh jo mobile pe bat karta hai woh sach mein tera pati hai ke koi aur? aise kitne husband hai tere? kitne husband rakhati hai re? tu office mein nahi milti.. client meeting ke liye jati hai ke kahi aur jati hai? Hamare office mein aa ja tera bach hua rakam yahi par jama ho jayega paisa bharneki bhi jarurat nahi hai.."
This type of conversation she made. And whenever i m out of office, she never believed on my colleague or manager that she is out off office, and always she keep continuous ringing my extension that other person literally get irritated. Even she had given bad words to my colleagues, receptionist and my boss.
I want to launch this complaint and let people know that because of mental harassment like this if anyone who is weak heart can commit suicide because of this mental female.
Please if really this consumer forum works i request kindly take strong action against this agency to hire such type of employees and against that employee as well.
