I stay in Bangalore. In October I went to Chennai & thought of gifting my Kids a game. I bought a mitashi Genius at Gaylord Toys. It is sold only in Sealed condition. It costs Rs 1295/-.It is a Keyboard with games. This piece I bought did not work. With difficulty I got the service center in Bangalore. I was told that though it is not ‘good for sale’, they cannot replace.
The product does not have any features & is very highly priced at Rs 1295/-.
It must be taken off the shelf otherwise gullible buyers will be paying a high price for a not so good product
