On 18/07 we booked for the Gas Cylinder at MJV Indane Gas Agency through Phone call, Which was registered by them and assured to be delivered at 25/07, When it got delayed we tried calling them again, Most of the time the agency will not pick up the phone for service, At last called them up on 27/07 again for booking, This time they assured us to deliver it on 04/08 and we have not received the Gas Cylinder till date, all together we have waited for aroung 40 days which is a worst service from the Gas agency. We are out Gas in our house for weeks and we are unable to cook.
This kind of service is not the first time, we have suffered a lot before also.
I would request you to take immediate action on this asap and resolve the issue.
