Atm transaction

I applied for withdrawl in ATM of Indian Bank branch, Ambala Cantt. for Rs. 4000/- vide TXN No. 1904. ATM ID/POS ID S1AA 0151 dated 09.11. but could not get the money. Next day I confirmed from my parent branch Oriental Bank of Commerce, found that money was credited. I fiilled up the Chargeback form But could not get the money in my account. Please do the needful.
